FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is HiBid?

Hibid is the Auction platform that we use to run the live bidding for our online sales.

The first time that you register, we require a credit card. This will not be charged automatically after the sale. We invoice after the sale with a list of payment options for you to choose from. Credit card details are only required to protect from online fraud and verify the identity of bidders.

No, if you would prefer not to bid online, we can take bids over the phone during the live auction or you can leave an absentee bid by contacting the office. We also have in-person bidding at our Gundagai showroom.

All jewellery will be posted free of charge with insurance, Australia wide.

Non-jewellery items can be posted provided they fit within Australia Post guidelines. For larger- items, delivery can often be arranged in consultation with our staff. Please get in touch with questions relating to the postage logistics of such items.

Registration for online bidding is free. There is no additional cost for bidding online. All bidders, including those in-person or online will need to pay the buyers premium of 22.5% on top of the hammer price.
